GENERAL RULES UPDATE (From 2nd December 2020)

 

  • Face masks/coverings must be worn when entering the building

 

  • Customers from the same household are permitted on tables indoors

 

  • You are not allowed to socialise indoors with anyone outside your household.  However, the rule of 6 applies in outdoor areas meaning you can eat with 5 other people on the patio/marquee

 

  • Table service is in operation so please proceed straight to your table, you will be shown to your seat by a member of staff

 

  • When ordering alcohol you must order from the food menu (substantial meals only)

CHRISMTAS DEPOSIT PROMISE

We are guaranteeing refunds on all deposits if Christmas Day cannot take place due to COVID19. To clarify, your deposit will be refunded if the government mandate restaurants/pubs to close on the 25th December, you may also request a voucher to the full amount of your deposit if you would prefer.

Deposits are not refunded if the customer cancels for any other reason, other than the above.

TAKEAWAYS

To ensure our customers get the best experience and delicious food, please ensure you arrive at the time stated on the order. To keep our staff and customers safe we will only be allowing 1 person inside the restaurant area to collect food at the time of collection. You may be asked to wait outside until your order is ready.

 

If another customer is collecting their food, please stand behind the signs until you can approach the collection area.

 

Currently, the use of our toilet facilities are unavailable for takeaway customers.

 

Customers must collect their food, then leave the premises whilst maintaining mandatory 1m social distancing from other customers who may be collecting. We politely ask you not to linger on the premises or in the car park prior and following collection.

 

To ensure the correct order is allocated to our customers, our front of house team will require the full name of the customer who placed the order.

RESTAURANT & BAR

All tables must be booked in advance, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your reservation, and please inform us if you are going to be late, in order to operate safely for the benefit of our staff and customers, we must seat customers as they arrive, latecomers may cause unnecessary queuing or overloading waiting areas. 

If you arrive at the same time as another table please ensure you practice social distancing and remain 1m apart from others at all times until you are seated.

You must remain 1m apart at all times. Our staff are within their rights to ask any of our customers to maintain a 1m distance from one another to ensure we abide by the guidance set out by the government.

There is to be no standing at the bar, table service will be in effect for all customers, if you are not ordering food, please ask a member of staff to allocate you a free table.

Hand sanitisers will be readily available for customer and staff use. 

Please use the hand sanitiser provided before and after using the toilet facilities

FeW are accepting cash and card. We accept Apple Pay and contactless payments. 

Please do not bring dirty or used glassware or crockery to the bar area, a member of staff will clear your table.

Staff have been properly briefed and made aware of all Covid-19 safety regulations, all members of staff will be washing their hands regularly and using hand sanitiser before and after handling food plates or cutlery.

GENERAL:

We require that all bookings (food and drink) provide us with a valid mobile number upon booking, this will be used to assist the governments new track and trace software. Your information will be used in line with GDPR regulations.

At this time we are not accepting vouchers or gift cards for takeaways. All vouchers within their expiration date can be redeemed when we officially re-open. Deals such as Tastecard do not apply for any takeaways.

Takeaways will be available Tuesday - Sunday from 4th July 2020

We are currently only accepting bookings of 4 people or less online.

(If you would like to book a table for more than 4 people and you are from the same household please call us to book a table)

Our staff will ensure social distancing is in effect at all times

It's always worth a call to see if we can accommodate your booking, even if our online booking system is showing as fully booked. Just give us a ring and we'll do our best to get you a table.
